Saturday lunch time and it\u2019s time to cook some prawns.\u00a0 I love tiger prawns and I lovely Cajun food and so I\u2019ve really been looking forward to cooking this one and even more so to eating it.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

This is the second time I have cooked sweet potato like this now.\u00a0 It is a really good quick way of making mashed sweet potato.\u00a0 The skins are left on which adds to the flavor and the texture and I think it is better for you as well. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Two or three minutes in and I\u2019m pretty confident that I will get this one done in time.\u00a0 The potatoes are already boiling and the prawns are on the hob (they are finished under the grill later).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

There isn\u2019t much to report in terms of the cooking.\u00a0 There is some veg to chop and fry off with smoked paprika.\u00a0 The potato is mashed with a little bit of cheese.\u00a0 Then its served with some lemon wedges. It\u2019s all done with more than two minutes to spare.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

There is however more to report about the eating.\u00a0 This tastes great.\u00a0 It\u2019s been quite some time since I\u2019ve had shell on prawns.\u00a0 Eating these has reminded my how much I love them.\u00a0 They are sweet and the Cajun spices make it so tasty.\u00a0 It\u2019s a messy fun thing to eat.\u00a0 Really great. This recipe called for 16 prawns.\u00a0 I had twenty.\u00a0 I cook all twenty.\u00a0 We eat all twenty between the three of us.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
