… Porcini Rice & Spring Greens<\/span><\/h4>\n

So this one I did, more than a little while ago, for my friend Hannah and my house mate Gavin.\u00a0 This wasn\u2019t one of the best ones.\u00a0 I should clarify it wasn\u2019t not one of the best ones because of the company.\u00a0 It wasn\u2019t one of the best ones because it wasn\u2019t one of the best ones \u2026<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

It was done in time but that\u2019s about all I can really recall. Ohh other than this was the first one I did on my own.\u00a0 Like actually on my own.\u00a0 There was a bit of a tight time scale with eating, me and Hannah chatting a bout a few things, and then getting to the meeting we had to go to. So I started cooking exactly 14 minutes before Hannah was due to arrive.\u00a0\u00a0 I have always waited for my guests to arrive until start to cook before now. At the 14:40 ish mark I\u2019m done.\u00a0 All the hobs are turned off. I wait. Gav and Hannah arrive at basically the same time.\u00a0 The clock is put back on and I do the last minute (not actually a minute) serving up.<\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019s in time.\u00a0 It looks nice.\u00a0 It smells nice, with the Marsala and all.\u00a0 But it\u2019s not the best one.\u00a0 It\u2019s another one with 10 minute rice.\u00a0 I don\u2019t really think 10 minute rice is that great and the rest of the meal tastes ok.\u00a0 It\u2019s ok.\u00a0 Ok is ok. Ok is not what I expect from these meals, not anymore.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Still how much can you complain about a meal cooked in less than fifteen minutes that\u2019s ok?\u00a0 Not much I should say!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
