Tonight it felt like the project was back on track.\u00a0 I don\u2019t really know why.\u00a0 I was cooking for someone new.\u00a0 I was cooking one of the meals I\u2019ve wanted to cook since the start of the project.\u00a0 What ever it was, it felt good.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

An added bonus to this project is that I think that maybe if my career dies I may be able to become a fishmonger.\u00a0 There are quite a few fish recipes in this book.\u00a0 More than any other type of meal.\u00a0 Which is good.\u00a0 I know I don\u2019t really eat enough fish and I\u2019m still a bit nervous about cooking it! Not all of it, just some of it. Anyway \u2026 Often the fish recipes calls for fish prepared in a certain way.\u00a0 A certain way that often turns put not to be the way it\u2019s sold to me.\u00a0 Or, on some occasions ,not the way the fishmonger can be bothered to prepare the fish when requested by the poor person I have asked to buy the fish for me.\u00a0 All that to say \u2026 I am now getting OK at preparing fish.\u00a0 I de-headed, de-tailed, and removed the left over scales from the Bream in just a few minutes tonight, and so they were ready in the form required by the recipe.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This is genuinely one of those meals where there is nothing, but also everything, to\u00a0 report.\u00a0 Nothing, in that it was done on time with no issues.\u00a0 None at all, it was really stress free.\u00a0 But everything, in that this was one of the good ones.\u00a0 One of the really good ones.\u00a0 It was fun too cook too.\u00a0 Great to eat. Lots of food.\u00a0 But still felt healthy. What more can I say.\u00a0 Nothing \u2026 other than it was a pleasure to cook for some one new \u2026 Tam.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
