For some reason I forgot to write about this one.\u00a0 I cooked it, created a draft blog post, sorted the photos out but didn\u2019t write anything.\u00a0 It\u2019s now two and a half months since I cooked it.\u00a0 But I do actually remember a fair bit about it.\u00a0 I cooked this for my friend Tom, before we embarked on a night of playing a board game.\u00a0 I remember this being quite easy to cook.\u00a0 It was a good excuse to use my, then new, and very cool looking, liquidizer.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

There was quite a lot of griddle pan work.\u00a0 With the ciabatta to be done first and then the chicory, with the pancetta.\u00a0 I like the look of my griddle pan, but it isn\u2019t actually that great to use.\u00a0 I struggled a bit, with it.\u00a0 It just doesn\u2019t give the satisfying charred lines in the way you\u2019d want.\u00a0 Must remember to buy a new one.<\/span><\/p>\n

The chicken was cooked in a reasonable time, which hasn\u2019t always been the case in cooking the 15 Minute Meals.\u00a0 The polenta gives the chicken a lovely crispy crust.\u00a0 It was succulent too.\u00a0 Despite my frustrations, at times, with cooking chicken as part of the 15 Minute Meals, I have learnt something.\u00a0 I have learnt to cook chicken breast just right.\u00a0 So it\u2019s cooked through but still juicy.\u00a0 Before I have been a bit scared of chicken and so erred on the side of caution and over cooked it.\u00a0 I don\u2019t do that any more and I\u2019m enjoying chicken much more for it.<\/span><\/p>\n

The dressing is amazing and beautifully green.\u00a0 Much greener than the picture in the book.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

There was loads of food.\u00a0 Delicious and hearty.\u00a0 Try it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
