For some reason I\u2019ve been a bit reluctant to cook this meal.\u00a0 I think in part it might be the slightly simple look to the meal.\u00a0 And that really is down to the simple boiled new potatoes.\u00a0 I\u2019m not the biggest fan of plain mashed or boiled potatoes.\u00a0 I much prefer them when they are mixed, or mashed, with something else.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

This was a pretty easy one to cook and I\u2019m long over due a meal done in under fifteen minutes.\u00a0 It did actually taste really great.\u00a0 The dressing you make adds more than enough flavor to overcome my objection to the potatoes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This was a nice little, and pretty simple, meal. A good meal to preface the rich food we\u2019ll all eat over the next three days.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
