… Smoked Trout, Asparagus & Peas\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

I really am in the count down now.\u00a0 This meal is the forth to last.\u00a0 This is the first meal I\u2019ve cooked in my new house.\u00a0 Well obviously not the first meal, but the first 15 Minute Meal.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

This is one of those meals that I\u2019ve almost cooked a few times.\u00a0 It\u2019s been on the reserve list a couple of times when I\u2019ve been shopping for some of the fish dishes, just in case I could get the fish I needed.\u00a0 I also think I failed once because I couldn\u2019t get the required hot smoked trout.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This was a pretty easy meal to cook.\u00a0 The only worry really was I haven\u2019t cooked that much, and certainly not at speed, on the hob in the new house.\u00a0 But it worked out fine.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This is a nice meal that has a mix of felling fresh and healthy but also very filling at the same time.\u00a0 It seemed to go down well.\u00a0 It\u2019s also one of those meals that gives generous portions.<\/span><\/p>\n

For some reason mine was much greener than the picture in the book.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019s Crispy Duck Hoi Sin Lettuce Parcels tomorrow.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
