I was so full last night after being at Lisa\u2019s Greek restaurant that I was worried that I wouldn\u2019t be able to eat much today.\u00a0 We had the Meze and they just kept bringing us food.\u00a0 I am cooking two 15 Minute Meals today.\u00a0 One for lunch and one for dinner.<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

But with no breakfast, by lunchtime I was hungry again.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I was cooking lunch for some friends after church<\/a> today.\u00a0 There was quite a lot going on with this recipe.\u00a0 But I was relatively confident.\u00a0 Not necessarily confident that I would make the fifteen minutes, not after the last few days.\u00a0 But I was at least confident with the ingredients I was using and the type of cooking I was doing.\u00a0 Like the Chicken Pasta meal, this is a little like one of the recipes I cook from Jamie\u2019s 30 Minute Meals quite a lot.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It all came together quite nicely.\u00a0 The sausages were frying, the base for the sauce was frying away in another pan and the pasta was on the hob in no time at all.\u00a0 This left plenty of time to chop the salad, make the dressing and finish the pasta sauce.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

There really wasn\u2019t any stress with this meal but quite a lot of mess.<\/span><\/p>\n

This meal was great.\u00a0 Lovely pasta.\u00a0 Great salad with a really great sauce that had a nice bit of heat.\u00a0 In part from the rocket in the salad and in part from the English mustard in the dressing.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It was on the table in fourteen minutes and fifteen seconds!<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I think I may have gotten my fifteen minute meal mojo back \u2026 maybe.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dinner was followed by a quick pudding of strawberries, raspberries and mascarpone sweated with just a little bit of icing sugar.\u00a0 That was followed by a flat white from my favorite coffee shop.\u00a0 Church<\/a>.\u00a0 Cooking.\u00a0 Eating with friends.\u00a0 Coffee. A pretty good Sunday so far, I\u2019d say.<\/span><\/p>\n

After the dishes were done it was time to cook the next one \u2026 Butterflied Sardines with Tuscan Bread Salad.<\/span><\/p>\n
